Agreement to Terms
By using KakuNote, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the KakuNote application for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. If we offer paid plans, billing will be handled by Stripe and pricing or renewal terms will be presented at purchase.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use KakuNote for any illegal purposes, to transmit harmful code, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to harass, abuse, or harm others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
The KakuNote application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KakuNote and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, though we will provide a reasonable period for data export. If you request account deletion, we will soft-delete your account and schedule a permanent purge 30 days later, subject to legal or billing retention requirements.
Limitation of Liability
KakuNote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
